Описание к видео (START TO FINISH) Kenwood Head Unit / Stereo Upgrade on S500 S430 W220 Mercedes Benz

This is a start to finish video of the stereo / headunit upgrade process on my 2006 Mercedes-Benz S-Class W220 to add an aftermarket Kenwood, Alpine, Pioneer, and other double-din units. Could work on 04-06 S-Class W220 and other Merdedes-Benz vehicles using similar COMAND units.

This video is an overview of the process I took, but should be done by a car audio professional. Not responsible for any damage caused from this video. Do at your own risk!

The overall process took 30-days to complete as I was always waiting on parts during COVID-19.

I lost the video on how I setup and programmed the Axxess steering wheel controls (ASWC-1). Metra Online via their Axxess site has detailed instructions (can be printed) of the install and programming for the W220 S-Class.

Parts Used -

Spiral Audio:
Double Din Dash Kit (KT-MB004CW)
Antenna Adapter (AA-0015) Ended up liking the Metra Online amplified antenna better
Factory Amp Bypass Wire Harness (WH-0056)

Metra Online:
Steering Wheel Control Interface (ASWC-1)
Amplified Windshield Glass Mount Antenna (44-UA205)

SirusXM:
Sat Radio Vehicle Tuner (SXV300V1)

Infinity:
5-Channel Amp (KP5)

RCA(s):
JL Audio 18' 4-Channel RCA
Stinger 17" 2-Channel RCA + 4-Gage Amp Install Kit

Kenwood:
DDX774BH
Can use any Kenwood double din that has steering wheel controls & SirusXM. Maestro idatalink isn't the same as steering wheel control wire or input.

**All parts used in this video have been purchased myself**
