In this video, I'll break down a real system that we built for a sales team to eliminate their admin work.
First, we identified their main issue: lots of small admin tasks and constantly searching for information across different data sources. Next, we looked at the solution, which was building a centralised system where they could manage all of the data sources through one unified interface.
We then built a system in n8n that connects to all of their data sources, including things like HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, etc., and allows them to chat with them through ChatGPT to retrieve information and perform tasks.
