There is no net-zero without tackling Scope 3.

CDP and partners Boston Consulting Group (BCG) have released findings from the third annual supply chain report, revealing that upstream Scope 3 emissions are, on average, 26 times higher than Scopes 1 and 2's.

BCG's Diana Dimitrova sat down with CDP's Sonya Bhonsle and James Chamberlayne to discuss.

Sonya points out that it's not more upstream Scope 3 emissions that have driven this growth - but more companies are reporting on their upstream Scope 3 emissions, assessing those emissions better, and highlighting the scale of the upstream challenge.
