~*Tech Tree Analysis*~

Tier 1: For all classes, pick the talent that either boosts success chance or reduces mission duration. The other talent that gives a chance at item upgrades from quests does not work on World Quests.

Tier 2: I recommend picking the talent that boosts mission success chance unless you want to work at hidden artifact appearances for demon hunters, rogues, or warlocks. I don't find the talent that gives buffs or transportation perks too useful. The buffs don't work in dungeons, raids, or PvP.

Tier 3: Pick the talent that provides you with Champion Equipment and upgrade tokens. After you've accumulated some rare/epic equipment and enough upgrade tokens to boost at least 5 champions to level 890 (this level cap will be unlocked in the future), you can switch to the talent that boosts success chance.

Tier 4: The talent that gives a 15% success chance boost to one type of follower is usually better than a 5% boost across the board, because with a maximum of 5 Champions to send on missions, you'll find yourself only doing a few key missions a day (2-3 at most). Missions are not created equal; this talent allows you to reach 200% success chance to snipe those really lucrative missions.

Tier 5: The talent that allows your to snipe a mission every 18 hours is extremely versatile. Otherwise, the one that adds 100 order resources to every mission completion is also very good, unless you're already swimming in Order Hall resources (which is rarely the case). I don't find the weekly Seal talent to be as useful since even if your priority is decking out your character ASAP, there are still alternatives (buying them with gold or garrison resources, or bonus rolls for certain follower missions) to obtaining Seals of Broken Fate.
