I purchased a small size on amazon and my measurements are waist 29 inches and bust 34 inches. I'm also 5'4" so if you are tall you may need to add an underskirt for length on this costume.
The seller was called COCONEEN and it has held up really well. It was $20 when I purchased it but it looks like the price has gone up to $27. I glued on cute buttons over the black buttons as well.
