Ingredients:
Heavy whipping cream - 450 ml
Condensed milk - 1 tin ( 400g)
Plums - 500 g
Granulated sugar - 400 g

Method:
•⁠ ⁠Chop and deseeed the plums.
•⁠ ⁠Put them in a pan and add sugar.
•⁠ ⁠Stir occasionally.
•⁠ ⁠Cook until most of the plums have dissolved and the rest turn soft and mushy.
•⁠ ⁠Keep the plum compote aside for later use and cool completely.
•⁠ ⁠Whip chilled cream until soft peaks arise.
•⁠ ⁠Gently fold in condensed milk and 3/4 quantity of the plum compote.
•⁠ ⁠Transfer half of this icecream mix to a container.
•⁠ ⁠Spread some of the remaining plum compote over it.
•⁠ ⁠Pour the remaining icecream mixture and spread another layer of the plum compote on the top.
•⁠ ⁠Cover it with a cling wrap.
•⁠ ⁠Place it into the freezer for at least 10 to 12 hrs to set completely.
