Spicy Chana Chaat Recipe (IN HINDI) स्पाइसी चना चाट बनाने का आसान तरीका (हिंदी में)

Indian street cuisine is excellent and wonderful, and Chana Chaat is one such dish that is tasty, mouthwatering, and simple to prepare. It's a delectable savory Indian snack. So, just ‪@flavoursofmyliife‬ cook it at home.

Spicy Chana Chaat Ingredients
===========
2 cup soaked black chana (bengal gram)
2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 finely chopped green chilly
1 pinch of hing
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 small finely grated onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon roasted powdered cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder
1/2 black salt
1 boiled potato
1 teaspoon chat masala

tomato, onion and lemon juice for garnishing.

Spicy Chana Chaat Recipe
======
1. Add soaked chana in a cooker and add some water and 1/2 tea spoon salt.

2. Wait for 5-6 whistles or till they are soft.

3. In a pan heat the oil and add cumin seeds.

4. Once cumin seeds are fried, add a pinch of hing, green chilly, ginger

5. Mix them for 1 min. Add the onion. Do not fry the onion too much.

6. Add tomato and mix again.

7. Now in a bowl add red chilly powder, cumin seed powder, salt, turmeric powder
coriander seeds powder, black salt.

8. Add some water (around three tablespoon) and mix these spices.

9. Add the wet spices to the oil pan and fry.

10. Now add the boiled chana to the pan.

11. Chana Chat is ready. Garnish with coriander.

12. For a variation, add boiled and chopped potato and chat masala and mix well.

13 Chana Chat is ready. Garnish with tomato, onion and lemon juice.
