Yep, it's literally a collection of Weather Bulletins recorded off of free-to-air TV, recorded on VHS during an age of HD streaming and apps that instantly give you weather forecasts. You did not read those years incorrectly. A maddeningly disjointed array of weather bulletins recorded from Channels 7, 9 and 10, it features Adelaide weather presenter staples of the time like Jane Riley and Brenton Ragless.

I have no idea why someone went to the hassle of recording these, leave your theories in the comments. I have no idea why I have uploaded it or why you are watching it. You're welcome, I suppose.
