If you don't have a jump rope handy, no worries! Just use your imagination like we normally do in these videos!

Jump roping helps you too lose weight, burn calories, and lose fat faster than any other workout. It helps prevent injuries, and skipping rope for about 10 minutes is the equivalent of running for 30. It can help you lower your blood pressure and increase your oxygen consumption. It can help you strengthen your knees (I can personally attest!), make your heart stronger, and make you a faster runner. More benefits include: it increases stamina and motor function, it improves bone density, it's low-impact for your joints (because your lightly using both feet), it stimulates the secretion of serotonin, and it's extremely effective for overall weight loss.
