This week I ditched the food scale and the diet mentality and adopted an intuitive eating approach! With intuitive eating, you don't count your calories. Instead, you listen to your internal hunger and fullness cues to dictate your eating habits.

I take you throughout my week vlog style and show you what I eat in a week. As well as teach you more about intuitive eating and tips to be successful at it!
