Presenting an excerpt of neraval in Kalyani (line from Shyama Sastri’s masterpiece, Birana Vara Leechi set to Adi Tala, Tisra Nadai). Shyama Sastri refers to the Goddess as his sister in this composition; asking her to protect him always! Thought it might be apt to sing this for Raksha Bandhan; dedicated to my sister for always being there for me!
