2018 Dodge Charger Key Programming Part 2: Autel IM508 & 12+8 FCA Bypass Cable

Ensure you watch the part 1 of this video before this. After programming the spare smart key it could not start the car but all remote functions including remote start works.
I later discovered that the problem was the encryption mode used. The none working key used PASSWORD MODE encryption why the two that worked used CIPHER MODE encryption.
