hi there!! omg am i REALLY back with a new video ??? so quickly after the other???? it's because i am super inspired in building this routine. thought it would be helpful to give a few updates and also introduce you to our new fam member!!


Please consider rescuing from a shelter (and not going to a breeder) if you are thinking of getting a dog/cat/puppy/kitten. We used Waldo's Rescue and we were super happy with their help.

this summer in the city has been full of family and friends visiting, trying new restaurants, picnics in central park, prioritizing low intensity workouts, setting goals, taking up more responsibility at work, finalizing my first single, writing more music and envisioning my EP (one day).
