This episode of Yan Can Cook is devoted to time-saving recipes to keep in the fridge for fast and easy reheating all week. Recipes include a fish stew Vietnamese bouillabaisse (9:16), lamb curry with spicy long beans (15:34), and black bean spare ribs (20:21)

Martin takes a break from the studio to visit a restaurant in Hong Kong where they prepare a live shrimp wine-infused seafood dish (14:04).
