How to make the perfect French Martini. The French Martini was created in the 1980's in New York in one of Keth McNally's bars. The cocktail was a product of the resurgence of cocktails in the US, and pretty much any drink serve in a "V-shaped" glass was called a martini. The cocktail quickly spread across the globe often referred to as the "Fresh Fruit Martini."

RECIPE (syrup recipes below): Penicillin

1.5oz | 45ml Vodka
.75oz | 22.5ml Raspberry Liqueur
1.5oz | 45ml Pineapple Juice

Garnish: No granish needed, but popular options are Raspberries, Pineapple wedge or Lemon twist

Add ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously for 12-15 Seconds
Double strain into coupe or martini glass.

Add your choice of garnish

ENJOY!

*Note: For a lighter cocktail use less Raspberry liqueur, and for a sweeter drink add more!
