AYAM MASAK MERAH
Ingredients:
Chicken
Tumeric
Salt
2 onions
2 lemongrass
4 cm galangal 
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp belacan
2 Cinnamon
3 Star Anise
3 cardamom
3 cloves
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 can tomato puree (Gilda) / 2 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tbsp chillie sauce
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Green Peas
Fried onions / shallots
Coriander Leaves
Mint leaves

Ingredients: blend
30 dried chillies
2 onions / 20 shallots
5 garlic
5 cm ginger
