If you can’t focus on something long enough to extract meaningful data, how will you ever be able to implement it?

Don't just aim to understand what something is—your goal should be to grasp the why and how. This deeper understanding will allow you to use information abstractly and creatively to solve real-life problems. This is the essence of self-improvement and personal development.
