Dr. Thomas Fehlmann is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a senior expert in software metrics and testing, advocating for customer-centric product design and testing. He has been involved with AI since its inception and has successfully led several companies to global market dominance using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Six Sigma for Software, with QFD representing an early adaptation of AI in industry. Since 1999, he has managed the Euro Project Office and has become an expert in QFD and software metrics. An academic member of the Athens Institute for Education and Research since 2016, Thomas has focused on developing AI-based autonomous real-time testing since 2017. He has been interested in cyber-physical and intelligent systems and their implementation through the DevOps approach since 2019. Thomas frequently presents at conferences on topics such as AI, Six Sigma, QFD, fourth-generation products, software process quality, software testing, and software metrics.
