Tamiya King Hauler with GCM LRT Transmission Hauls Logs

I’ve wanted a Tamiya semi for a long, long time, like since I was a kid. So now as an adult with the means to get one, of course I’m going to live out my childhood dreams. I built this King Hauler with a GCM LRT transmission so I didn’t have to worry about shifting gears and so I could drive it with a modern trigger/wheel remote. And let’s be honest, it’s not 1993, twin stick remotes are for your grandfathers and I’m not cool like Masami Hirosaka who could gap the entire field with a twin stick remote! So here is my first full video with my King Hauler. It has been the most enjoyable kit I’ve built to date and a major joy to film.
