This class is a big heart raiser whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced bouncer. Use what you have at home. If you have the equipment, use a low dumbbell for bouncing 0-1.5kg and a slightly heavier weight for the Power Weights section 0.5-10kg. 3 minutes of bouncing and 3 minutes of Power Weights alternating.
