McKennley "Mack" Wilson and Vivian Ng are both studying M.S. in Interaction Design and Information Architecture at The University of Baltimore. And though they've never really met each other or their classmates, they didn't feel like strangers when they all came to Baltimore for several days of intense, hands-on research in their IDIA 742: Topics in User Research course. The IDIA program is available as a fully online class and brings together students from around the country.
