Ray Zahab is a world-class adventurer who’s crossed deserts, arctic terrain, and run ultra-marathons for nearly 20 years. But at 52, everything changed. He started experiencing extreme fatigue, brain fog, and shortness of breath — symptoms that left him napping constantly and struggling to climb stairs.

Eventually doctors discovered protein clogging his blood and diagnosed him with Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia, a rare lymphoma that turned his world upside down.

In this cancer vlog, Ray shares his journey from extreme fatigue to treatment, including terrifying reactions during therapy, and how he leaned on his wife, his daughters, and his passion for endurance to keep moving forward. His story is about choosing to fight, embracing adventure, and finding clarity in the hardest moments.
