Introduction
Upwas dahi vada. Yes, you heard it right. You can have dahi vada though you are fasting. Here is easy recipe of dahi vada. Do try this recipe during this Navaratri and drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup Varai / Samo seeds
• 2 Boiled Potatoes
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Green chili paste
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup Curd
• 1/2 cup Water
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
• Red chili powder
• Cumin powder
• Tamarind chutney

Method
• Take varai into a blender jar and blend it coarsely.
• Take boiled potatoes into a bowl and mash them with potato
masher.
• Add varai flour, ginger green chili paste, cumin seeds, cumin
powder and salt.
• Mix everything well together. Make dough from it.
• Cover and rest the dough for about 10 minutes.
• Take curd into a bowl. Add water, salt and powdered sugar.
• Mix everything well together.
• Take the dough and make patties from it.
• Heat up appam patra and add a little oil in each mould.
• Drop a pattie in each mould.
• Roast until it turns nice golden from all sides.
• Take the vada out into a dish.
• Take dahi vada into a dish and add curd on it.
• Sprinkle red chili powder, cumin powder and tamarind chutney on
vada .
• Upwas dahi vada is already.
