Lasooni Aloo Palak

Ingredients:

Palak: 2 bunch
Baby Potatoes: 10-12 nos
Green Garlic: 2 tsp (chopped)
Chilli Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tsp
Onion: 1 medium size (chopped)
Tomato: 1 medium size (chopped)
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Asafoetida: ½ tsp
Dry Red Chilli: 2-3 nos
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Chaat Masala: ½ tsp
Besan: 1 tsp
Salt: As per taste

Method:

1. In a boiling hot water add palak and boil it for only 2 minutes. Then transper it in the cold water. After that add the palak in the mixture jar and make it coarse paste.
2. Peel the baby potatoes and prick it with fork spoon or knife.
3. In a pan add oil. Once it heated then add baby potatoes and fry it on a low flame until it cooks very well and becomes soft. After that remove the excess oil from the pan.
4. Now in a pan add 2-3 tsp oil. Once it heated add cumin seeds, dry red chilli, chilli ginger garlic paste, asafoetida. Saute it for 30 seconds. Now add chopped onion and green garlic. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. After that add chopped tomato and mix it well. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt. Mix them well. Add some water and cook it for 3-4 minutes so that tomato becomes soft. After that add palak Puree and fried potatoes. Mix it well. Then add besan. Mix it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. In the last add chaat masala. Mix it well. On the top of sabji add fried lasoon tadka. Here your lasooni aloo palak is ready to serve.
