Solo Summit Camp: Mayar

I’d wanted to summit camp on a Munro for a long time and it was on my bucket list. Weather conditions were perfect. It’s always a bit of an internal battle with me between the love of adventure and the anxiety of things that might go wrong.

Adventure usually wins and once I set off on a hike the anxiety subsides, I relax and just enjoy the experience. This hike was no exception and up there with the best.

My first Munro summit camp and a ✅ off the bucket list. ❤️
