Unimech Aerospace Debuts With 90% Premium, Targets Growth In Aerospace & Semiconductor Sectors

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited made a stellar debut on D-Street, listing at a 90% premium to its issue price of ₹1,491. NDTV Profit spoke with Anil Kumar P, Chairman and Managing Director of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited, about their plans for utilizing the raised funds. The company specializes in low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing, focusing on aerospace tooling, ground support equipment, and precision components for commercial aviation. They are expanding into aerospace defense, energy, and semiconductor sectors. Of the ₹250 crores raised, funds will be allocated to working capital and CapEx, with investments in CNC machines and infrastructure during the first phase and additional developments planned within 12–18 months.
