Описание к видео EP 25: Butterfly Valve - Exhaust Valve - Exhaust Flapper - Sticking or Seized Valve - BMW R1250GS/A

Exhaust valve delete - Exhaust valve eliminator - Servo Buddy - Exhaust Flap, Exhaust Flapper, Exhaust Butterfly Valve, Exhaust Valve, let’s see how they work and is it worth removing or deleting the exhaust valve from your BMW R1250 series and many other motorbikes.

This is a long episode, but there is a lot to share and explain and I have kept it simple and easy to follow and understand. There are many different reasons the manufacturers say these exhaust valves are fitted, so in this video we talk about the common reasons given, and the real reason why they are fitted.

I will show you how to do some simple maintenance and servicing, the tools you might need and the products that you can safely use ( see below for viewers in UK, North America and Europe) , to help stopping your valve from squeaking and sticking.

NORTH AMERICA:
Your exhaust valve quite often also works in the HIGH RPM range due to your slightly different noise restriction. So deleting or removing the exhaust valve might definitely be worth doing.

There are some common mistakes owners sometimes make, like using engine oil to lubricate the valve which is a really bad idea !!

If you have any questions, just leave me a comment and I will reply…
