How to Make Snap-On Mesh Window Shades

Make your own RV window sunshades that secure via snaps and YKK® SNAD® adhesive fasteners. These shades not only help block the sun’s heat, but also allow for some visibility while providing privacy during the daytime. We made these window shades from a high-quality vinyl mesh fabric called Textilene, which is available through Sailrite. This project is easy to make. Just follow a few simple steps, and then you can enjoy shade and privacy in your RV.
