the ingredients I used in marinating the chicken were;

1tbsp of salt
1tbsp of garlic powder
1tbsp of ginger powder.....

the rice was plain white rice just,water,salt and cooking oil...
for the stew;
meat...1 kg
peas....1/2 kg
carrots.....4pcs
1 onion
potatoes
1tbsp of soy sauce
1tbsp of salt
1tbsp of tomatoe paste
1tbsp of royco powder
2royco cubes
meat stock...
for the kachumbari I used...
4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp of vinegar....
fruit salad had;
watermelon
pineapple
blueberry
oranges
bananas ..
