If one country charges too much tax, go to a country that demands less or no tax. If one country is too intrusive, then go to a country that is not intrusive.

There are a few issues when it comes to doing taxes and business in Greece. Firstly, lawyers and tax agents here are less than professional and certainly not efficient. Secondly, ease of doing business in Greece is not a thing. Regulations in Greece restrict business and remove efficiency to the point that it is not viable.
