Assassin's Creed 2 - Perfect Stealth Assassination - Everything Must Go!

Here's a video I didn't think I'd ever make. AC2 is nowhere close to my favourite in the series but it does have it's charms. The music is (obviously) phenomenal and I wish Jesper composed all the things.

The run itself had some challenges I wasn't expecting. First the guards have a ridiculous view-cone.

Another problem I kept running into is the parkour. Not only does the game feel slightly less precise than AC1 but it also has a tendency to jump to lower levels. Like I know this series has issues with that in general but AC2 takes the cake. Maybe it's just Venice, this section of the map or console issues (as I don't have this issue with AC1 on PC) but I eventually got around it with some odd tricks.

The last issue is one that you'll see in the "outtakes". Emillo instantly detects you if you enter his view-cone or in some cases, through walls. Which is nice!

I also left the cut-scenes in, as AC2 stops constantly and it was a little jarring with them removed.
