Add the retaining walls, add the surface you desire (H. Rough, Rough, Fairway, etc ...) using the brush, create your top water pane, lower the water quite a bit and do a 2nd water pane to draw the texture surface back to the retaining wall. EDIT: In the video I lowered the pond surface under the water only 6', you can get a much sharper drop off/edge if you lower that surface to 12'+ and get the grass all the way to the retaining wall board.
