Pindi chole :-
Soak chole overnight and pressure cooker it in tea water with 1/2 inch dalchini ,1 bay leaves,2 badi elaichi and salt and take 5-6 whistle.
To make chole masala take jeera ,laung ,kali mirch ,sabut lal mirch ,javitri , dhaniya seeds , methi dana, dalchini ,badi elaichi roast them and let them cool down.
In mixing jar take amchur ,lal mirch pwd ,kala namak ,haldi pwd and kasuri methi and roasted sabut masalas grind tgem into fine pwd .
In iron kadahi take oil add finely chopped 1 onion, 1/2 tspginger garlic paste ,1 tomatoes paste ,4 tsp prepared chole masala, mixed tgem very well now add the cooked chole remove the khada masala from it and let them cook it till it become thick .
garnish tgem with chopped green chillies ginger and coriander leaves and at the end add the hot desi ghee on chole enjoy them with bature .
