Bought some of these for the studio so I thought I'd have a play around in my back garden and have a workout, did each one for 1 minute and boy got a good sweat on!

Good for a bit a variety in your training, plus there's so many more drills you can do, I only had twenty minutes or so, had to cut the audio as the wind was really bad!

Thanks to my daughter Faith for filming, thought I'd share my little workout with you.
