Ashtami Navami Prasad Sirf 30 min Mai | Halwa Puri Chana Recipe | Navratri Special |

Ingredients :

For halwa recipe :

clarified butter - 1 cup
semolina - 1 cup
sugar - 1 cup
boiling milk - 3 cups
Chopped cashews - 1 spoon
Chopped pistachios - 1 spoon
Chopped almonds - 1 spoon
cardamom powder - 1/2 spoon
Saffron strings - few

For Puri recipe :

wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt - 3/4 spoon
oil (for dough) - 1 & 1/2 spoon
oil for frying

For chana sabji recipe :

soaked black chickpeas - 1 cup
oil - 2 spoons
mustard seeds - 1/2 spoon
cumin - 1 spoon
asafoetida - 2 pinch
Chopped green chillies - 2 to 3 medium spicy
grated ginger -1 spoon
tomato puree of 2 medium sized tomatoes
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Red chilli powder - 1 spoon
turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Coriander cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
Chopped coriander leaves - few
