材料(4人份)：
龍蝦2隻(900g)
蒜頭2粒
無鹽牛油15g
百里香1茶匙
芝士碎3湯匙
忌廉150ml
適量鹽及黑胡椒
檸檬1個

我加薯蓉及碎菜沙律做配菜，你可以配你自己喜歡嘅。
