In this new lesson of the PRACTICE WITH ME section in my channel we are going to work on another one among the easiest and yet most important melodic progressions inside of the major scale, based this time on groups of 4 notes.
We are going to understand how the progression works, and try it on the 5 positions of the MAJOR SCALES in the CAGED SYSTEM, in the key of E major (which we have just been reviewing in the previous lessons 14).
In the first part of the lesson we are going to work slowly, watching my guitar from above, the best perspective to visualize the patterns and the fingerings, because it's the same point of view you look at your own fretboard from. And in the meanwhile you are going to follow the ANIMATED FRETBOARD DIAGRAMS of the exercise, to help you visualize the movements even better.
In the second part of the lesson we are going to speed up the exercise, working again on each one of the 5 boxes at a faster tempo, together with GIGI!
