FOR BOILING CORN -
Corn Nibblets - 4cups
Milk - 2cup
Water - 2cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp

FOR SALAD DRESSING (AMCHUR CHUTNEY) -
Amachur (dry mango powder) - ½ cup
Water - 1cup + 1lt
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2tsp
Black salt - ¾ tsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1cup
Roasted Cumin (crushed) - 2tbsp

FOR SALAD -
Onion chopped - ½ cup
Red capsicum chopped - ½ cup
Spring onion chopped - ½ cup
Cucumber sliced - ½ cup
Tomato sliced - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Chaat masala - 2tsp
Salad leaf chopped - 2cups
Salad dressing (prepared above) - ½ cup
Lemon - 1 no
