New Island Line Trains D Stock Class 484, 20th - 26th January 2022

Hello and welcome to my latest video.
On Thursday 20th and Wednesday 26th January 2022, I headed down to film the new Island Line Trains D-Stock 484,that has replaced 1938 London Underground 483, that has been retired last year on January 3rd. The new trains are formerly known as London Underground D-Stock 78. The units have been delivered from Vivarail in Long Marston, and has converted them into Island Line Trains.
The lines have been shut for 10 months, as it went for £26 million Improvement works for the railway infrastructure.
To have new tracks to make it less bumpier, and safer.
Platforms have been raised to have better accessibility between train and Platform.
Island Line has currently 4 units on Island and 005 is at Eastleigh. They are running units every hour on off Peak, and every 30 minutes in rush hour only. The current timetable I think lasts into Spring.
I have split my filming to a week, as it wasn't possible to film at all stations in one day. So I went back to Island second time a week later.
