Sidhu Moose Wala, Punjabi Singer & Congress Leader Shot Dead In Punjab's Mansa

On May 29, Punjabi singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in Mansa district. As reported by NDTV, two other people were left wounded in the firing. The tragedy took place a day after the Punjab government withdrew the security of 424 people, including 28-year-old Sidhu Moose Wala, reported NDTV. The security cover was removed as a part of Bhagwant Mann government's exercise to crack down on VIP culture. Reportedly, the horrific incident took place when Sidhu Moose Wala and his two friends were driving in a jeep to the village Jawahar Ke in Punjab. Bullet marks were seen on Moose Wala's SUV. The well-known artist was seen bleeding heavily. VK Bhawra, Punjab DGP said, “Lawrence Bishnoi gang is involved in this murder. Lucky, a member of the gang has taken responsibility from Canada.” Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann tweeted, “I am shocked and deeply saddened by the gruesome murder of Siddhu Moosewala.” Watch the video to know more.
