嗨大家好，很感謝大家觀看我們別爬山計畫的第一集。

我們是在台灣的影像創作者，大部分時間為公司、學校或政府機關拍攝短片跟廣告。通常結束幾天工作後，都會待在家玩遊戲叫外送。但最終我的體力越來越差，也是時候我必須為我的身體做些什麼。

剛好最近我很喜歡看不同國家的Youtuber在不同的地方爬山。所以就決定要來執行這個計畫。

至於為什麼要叫做別爬山計畫？
因為在這次第一次執行計畫的爬山後，我的大腿跟肌肉超爆炸。這種感覺就像你心理已經接受，但身體卻很抗拒。我知道我的肌肉們都在叫我別爬了。

Hello everyone, thank you for watching our first video of Don't Climb Mountain Project. We are film makers from Taiwan and make films, ads for company, school or even government.

After a few days of working, I usually stay home, play games and order food from uber. Eventually my physical strength started to getting bad and I know I need to do something about this, which is having some exercise.

Recently, I really love watching Youtuber in various countries hiking in the beautiful mountain. That's why I decided to start this project.

Why the name of Don't Climb Mountain?
After this first mountain, my legs and muscles are sore. It's kind of situation that your mind is ready but not your body. I know my muscles are telling me don't climb anymore. lol
