Cake:
•2 Sticks of butter, softened at room temp
•1 Cup sugar
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•3 eggs (room temp)
•6 Tablespoons whole milk (room temp)
•1 3/4 Cup flour
•1 Tablespoon baking powder
•pinch of salt
•.53oz pckage of freeze dried apples
•cinnamon
•all spice

Baked Apples:
•2 Apples peeled and chopped
•About 2 Tablespoons Butter
•1 Tablespoon oil
•2 teaspoon cinnamon
•1 teaspoon nutmeg
•1 Tablespoon maple syrup
•2 Tablespoon brown sugar
•quarter lemon for juice
•About 1/3 C bourbon

Icing:
•2 Tablespoons melted butter
•2Tablespoon maple syrup
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•2 Cups powdered sugar
•Bourbon

Pecan topping:
•Chopped pecans
•sugar
•butter
•pinch of salt
