Tone and tighten from head to toe with this quick HIIT workout you can do with just a set of dumbbells.

You’ll need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

There is one circuit to work through. Complete each exercise 60 secs work/10 secs rest

3️⃣Lateral Lunge with One DB Swing
4️⃣6 DB Toe Tap to Sprawl
5️⃣Lateral Lunge with One DB Swing
6️⃣DB Table Top Crunch to Extension
7️⃣DB T Push-up
8️⃣DB Half Kneel Surrenders
9️⃣Hammer Curl to Tricep Extension
🔟Lateral Burpee Over Dumbbell
1️⃣Reverse Crunch with Tricep Extension
2️⃣DB Plank Pike Ankle Tap
3️⃣Sumo Squat to Hammer Curl
4️⃣Curtsy Lunge to Press (L) Side
5️⃣DB Jack to Front Press
6️⃣Curtsy Lunge to Press (R) Side
7️⃣Lateral to Front Raise Combo
8️⃣Bentover Row to Upright Row
9️⃣Reverse Lunge to Sprawl
🔟DB Windscreen Wipers
1️⃣Pullover Hip Thrust
2️⃣DB Lateral Lunge Floor Taps
3️⃣In & Out Swings
4️⃣DB 6 High Knees to Burpee
