In this video it is said that
(1) Masjid al-Aqsa is the name of a complete complex, so in general, the picture shows a long, wide, four-walled area, so whatever is inside it, that is, the doors in it, various small and large courtyards, exits, The Jama Masjid, the Dome of the Rock, the Marwani Mosque, the domes, the water fountains and any other historical monuments are present in this four walls, even the minarets for giving the call to prayer on it are all included in the "Masjid Al-Aqsa". The entire place is roofless except for the Dome of the Rock and the Jama Masjid (commonly known as the Al-Aqsa Mosque). Therefore, scholars and historians agree on this, and this issue is divided on that, if a person prays anywhere in this entire compound, then he deserves the virtue that has been described about praying in the Al-Aqsa Mosque. .
(2) Al-Aqsa Mosque has many names, all of which are expressions of its excellence and grandeur. Some scholars have collected his twenty names. However, there are three famous names: Masjid al-Aqsa, Bait al-Maqdis and Ilya.
(3) This mosque is located on a mound in the city of Bait al-Maqdis and this mosque is the only mosque in the world in that the amount of historical relics that are present in its premises are not found in any other place. The total area of this mosque is spread over forty thousand, one hundred and four square meters.
(4) The second largest mosque on earth after Masjid Haram is this "Masjid al-Aqsa". So it was narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr that I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: Which mosque was built first on earth? So he said: Masjid Haram! I asked: Then which one after that? So he said: Al-Aqsa Mosque. I asked: How long is the difference in the construction of these two? So he said: Forty years.” (Bukhari)
(5) It is such a mosque that it has its own enclosure and a blessed area around it. Therefore, Allah Ta'ala says:
Glorified is He Who made His special servant walk in a part of the night from His Masjid Haram to Masjid al-Aqsa, around which We have blessed, in order to show him some of Our signs, surely He is perfect. He is the Hearer and the Perfect Seer. (Surat al-Isra': 1)
That's why some scholars have said that if there was no other talk about the excellence of this mosque apart from this one verse, then this one verse would have been enough, then when it is blessed around it, then the blessing of this mosque itself. How much will it be? Perhaps this is the reason why its position and rank has increased from all the other mosques except Masjid Haram and Masjid Nabawi.
(6) Al-Aqsa Mosque is the first Qibla of Muslims.
Listen to its description from Hazrat Bara bin Azib (RA). says:
We prayed together with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for sixteen or seventeen months facing the Holy House, then our Qiblah was turned towards the Holy House (Bukhari and Muslim).
