Apparently the song originated in 1955, when Vincent was recuperating from a motorcycle accident at the US Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia. The song was then covered over the years by #elvispresley #paulmccartney #everlybrothers #jerryleelewis #CliffRichards and many other acts and became a Classic !
