The Western diet contributes to the development of prostate cancer. Dietary factors that can cause prostate cancer include high fatty foods, diary products and animal proteins. It's also been shown that with a higher body weight, the incidence of prostate cancer goes up and the likelihood of developing aggressive prostate cancer also increases significantly.

While we can't change our genetics, we can change how we live, what we put into our bodies and the choice of foods that we consume. So feel empowered that you can make a difference in your life.
