In this video I discus a tactical operator training drill. It’s a series of 8 drills designed to test your shooting skill on that given day. The drill was originally designed by the mid-south institute. The drills are to be shot cold, meaning no reshoots or warm up. Just set up the targets and shoot the drills. Each drill has an accuracy and time standard, if you miss either one it’s a NoGo. Lastly, in order meet the operator standard you need pass at least 6 out of the 8 drills.

Drills:
1- El Prez Pistol (12 Rounds), A-Zone 11 seconds or less
2- Now Drill (17 Rounds), A- Zone, 11 seconds or less
3- Transition Drill (2 Rounds), A-Zone, 3.5 seconds or less
4- Up drill (1 Round), Small A-Zone, 1.1 seconds or less
5- High Ready (1 Round), Small A-Zone, 1.1 seconds or less
6- Combat Reload Rifle ( 2 Rounds), Small A-Zone, 6 seconds or less
7- Check Drill (3 Rounds), Small A-Zone, 11 seconds or less
8- El Prez Rifle (12 Rounds), A-Zone, 11 seconds or less
