社外ホイールからツライチ純正ホイールに変えてみた【I tried changing from an aftermarket wheel to a genuine Tsuraichi wheel.】

今回はスイフトスポーツの純正ホイールをツライチ化して取り付ける動画です。
２カメラ体制で撮ってみたらムービーカメラの方が画質設定を間違えてしまい、低画質で撮れてしまいました。画角を小さくすることで画質を確保し、２動画を並べて表示することにしました。本当はメイン動画にワイプで補足動画を入れる予定でした。同時に撮った動画ですが再生速度を変えており、片方は４倍速、片方はほぼ等倍速なので、ごちゃごちゃしていますがご容赦ください。作業の段取りや失敗やコツなど参考になればと思います。

When I tried shooting with a two-camera setup, I made a mistake in the image quality settings on the movie camera, and the image quality was lower. I decided to maintain the image quality by reducing the angle of view and display the two videos side by side. I was actually planning to include a supplementary video with a wipe to the main video. The videos were taken at the same time, but the playback speed was changed, one at 4x speed and the other at almost 1x speed, so please forgive me for the clutter. 動画は一度アップすると、訂正についてはモザイクや切り取りを1回しかできない為、訂正や修正事項はコメントに追記します。
スペーサーにハブリングを付けていませんが、慎重に均等に締めることである程度『芯のズレ』を軽減できます。スペーサーの寸法(ボルトの当たるテーパー部も)はハブリング同様に精度が出ておりかつ軽量だからです。ホイールのように1G荷重がかかった状態でボルトを締めなくても大丈夫と考えています。しかしホイールは各寸法の精度が出ているものの、ホイール＆タイヤ自体で18kg前後ある為、重みが乗った状態ですとボルトを慎重に均等に締めても芯を捉えづらいため、動画の様に少しだけ着地させてから均等に1G締めをしています。ハブリングを否定している訳ではありませんのであしからず。
ハブリングがあるにこしたことはないので、調達次第フロントは付けます😅
ちなみにこの作業後の街乗り運転では特にハンドルのブレや違和感は感じていないです。100km/h以上の高速域ではどうなるかまだ判りません。

あと、動画終盤リア右側純正ホイールを付けた後、ジャッキスタンドがあるのに、字幕で「スタンドを外して〜」と出てますが…単に入力ミスしました。夜中の編集作業で頭の中が白んでいたので間違えました。訂正します。

Although a hub ring is not attached to the spacer, by carefully and evenly tightening it, you can reduce the ``center misalignment'' to some extent. This is because the dimensions of the spacer (including the tapered part where the bolt hits) are accurate and lightweight, just like the hub ring. We believe that it is okay to not tighten the bolts when a 1G load is applied like a wheel. However, although the wheels are accurate in each dimension, the wheels and tires themselves weigh around 18kg, so when they are loaded with weight, it is difficult to get to the center of the wheel even if you tighten the bolts carefully and evenly, so as you can see in the video After landing, I tighten 1G evenly. I'm not denying the hub ring, so please don't hesitate.
I don't have a hub ring, so I'll add the front as soon as I get it.
By the way, when I drove around town after this work, I didn't notice any shaking or discomfort in the steering wheel. I don't know yet what will happen at high speeds over 100km/h.

Also, at the end of the video, after installing the rear right genuine wheel, there is a jack stand, but the subtitles say "Remove the stand~"...I simply made a typo. I made a mistake because my mind was blank from all the editing work in the middle of the night. Correct.

正しいジャッキアップの話題がニュースに出ていたので、一応、本動画の補足をしておきます。
作業場所は平らな岩盤の上です。芝生の上で作業しているように見えますが、芝生が横方向に伸びて広がっているだけです。ジャッキもリジットラックも傾くリスクはありません。着地しているタイヤには車止めをしています。誤解されませんようによろしくお願いします。ジャッキアップのみの作業で、ジャッキが外れ、下敷きで死亡事故と言うニュースが絶えませんね。必ずリジットラックをセットし、できれば外したタイヤホイールをサイドシル下に敷き、車止めをして作業をすることをお勧めします。
