The graduation event for the farmers who have successfully completed their training of 9 modules under the YEAN program, part of the OMIS project (Operationalize and Management of Irrigation Schemes) held at Kamonyi District office on 21 August2024.

Farmers were trained on:
o Administrative management of farmer’s organization (IWUAs and Cooperatives).
o Financial management
o Conflict resolution
o Auditing
o Proper water management
o Good agriculture practices
o Integrated watershed management
o Cash crop /Horticulture management
o Market linkage strategies in Agriculture
