Hello Friends! Welcome to #mstiffintastic
Today I have shared a step by step Chicken Biryani for beginners

Ingredients : (Serves - 4 - 5 people)

For chicken marination : (1st step)
Chicken - 900 gm
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Slited green chilli - 4 or to taste
Chopped cilantro - 1 tbsp
Chopped mint leaves - 1 tbsp
Biryani masala - 3tbsp
Garam masala - 1/3 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste (biryani masala also has salt )
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Fried onions - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp

For soaking : (2nd step)
Rice - 3 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Saffron - 2 -3 strands
Water as needed

For cooking the chicken : (3rd step)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Caraway seeds - 1 tsp
Biryani masala - 1 tbsp
Kewra water - 1/2 tsp
Rose water - 1 tsp

For cooking the rice : (4th step)
Water - 3 l
Green cardamom - 2
Bay leaves - 2
Slited green chilli - 1
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt - add enough salt, so that the water tastes oversalty
Soaked rice

Assembling of the biryani : (5th step)
Cooked chicken
Cooked rice
Saffron milk
Ghee
Biryani Masala
Fried onions
Rose water
Kewra water
